The total number of persons = 6 + 8 + 1 = 15
The total age of all of them = 15x35 = 525
The total age of 6 men = 6x40 = 240
The total age of 8 women = 8x34 = 272
Therefore, the age of the boy = 525 - (240 + 272) = 13
