Let,
The income of C is = 100
The income of B is = 75 (25% of C = 100*25% = 75)
The income of A is = 90 ( 20% higher of B = 75*120% = 90)
so, A's income less than C's income is = (100 - 90) = 10
Percent = 10/100*100 = 10% (Ans)
