Let, the length of each side of the garden = 100
Area = 1002 = 10000
Area of 3 square = 3×10000 = 30000
50% increase of length = 100 + 100×50/100 = 150
Area = 1502 = 22500
Area of 3 square = 3×22500 = 67500
Increasing area = 67500 - 30000 = 37500
Percentage = (37500×100)/30000 = 125%
