মাইক্রোসফট এক্সেল (Microsoft Excel) এর Formula লেখার জন্য সমান ( = ) চিহ্ন ব্যবহার করে প্রথমে Function এর নাম লিখতে হয়। অতঃপর সংশ্লিষ্ট সমীকরণ লিখতে হয়। যেমনঃ SUM, MIN, AVG ইত্যাদি।
AVG ফংশনের উদাহরণঃ
Returns the average (arithmetic mean) of the arguments. For example, if the range A1:A20 contains numbers, the formula = AVERAGE(A1:A20) returns the average of those numbers.
