In 1 minute, first pipe can fill  112 part of tank.

Let, second pipe can empty the tank in x minutes.

∴ In 1 minute, it can empty  1x part of tank.

That means, the tank is filled in 1 minutes 112 - 1x Part

According to question, 112 - 1x = 196

 1x = 112 - 196 = 8-196 = 796

 x = 967 minutes

∴ The tank contains = 14 × 967 = 192 liters.
