Dear Manager,
I, Md. Mahidul Islam, officer, Public Relationship department, Muhammad Group Ltd, usually eat lunch at the office cafeteria because it is reasonable priced, convenient and it has friendly atmosphere. There are, however, a number of deficiencies which I think should be addressed.

Firstly, although the staff tries to keep the tables clean, there are not enough workers at peak times to clear their tables themselves. Secondly, the dining tables and the chairs do not match in height. You should replace the tables or chairs.

Thirdly, worse still, sometimes the floor is wet and slippery, which results in a considerable number of accidents. A colleague of mine slipped and fell last Friday and struggled to get up with my help. You should always keep the floor dry.

Fourthly, if your employees overwork and do not have time to make sure it is possible, you should hire more people. If this still not possible, put on a sign to warn your guests of it.

Anyway, I like your restaurant and trust you are willing to improve your restaurant. Please consider my concerns and suggestions seriously. Thank you.

Yours Sincerely
Md. Mohidul Islam
