Assertive : Every man hates war.
Interrogative : Is there any man who doesn't hate war?
যে sentence বা বাক্য দ্বারা কোনো কিছু জানতে চাওয়া হয় অর্থাৎ প্রশ্ন করা হয়, তাকে Interrogative Sentence বলে।
যেমন—

(ii) Where are you going now?
(iii) Does he read a book?
