Let, A initially invested Tk. 18x & B initially invested Tk. 7x.

Now, A's total investment is equivalent to $= 18x \times 4+ (18x + 2,000)8 Tk$

& B's total investment is equivalent to $= (7x \times 4) + (7x+7,000)8 Tk.$

=28x + 56x+56,000 = (84x + 56,000) Tk.

Profit was distributed according to their investment ratio, so  $\frac{216x + 16000}{84x + 56000} = \frac{2}{1}$

$\Rightarrow 216x + 16,000 = 168x+1,12,000$

$\Rightarrow 48x= 96,000$

$\therefore x = \frac{96000}{48} = 2,000$

So, the initial investment of A was $= 18 \times 2,000 = 36,000 Tk.$

& the initial investment of B was $= 7 \times 2,000 = 14,000 Tk.$

∴ Their total investment at the beginning = 36,000 + 14,000 = 50,000 Tk.

Given, velocity of man = 20 kmph & velocity of current = : 5kmph.

∴ Man's downstream velocity = 20 + 5 = 25 kmph.

∴ Total time taken by the man $= \left(\frac{30}{25} + \frac{30}{15}\right) = 1.2 + 2 = 3.2 hours$

∴ Remaining $= \left(1 - \frac{20}{27}\right) = \frac{27 - 20}{27} = \frac{7}{27}$ parts of work

Now, in 1 day $\frac{1}{18 \times 60}$ part of work is completed by = 1 women

∴ In 4 day  $\frac{7}{27}$ part of work is completed by $= \frac{18 \times 60 \times 7}{4 \times 27}$ = 70 women
