Let,   the length = x meter

         the breath = y meter

According to question, 

                                                      2(x+y) = 206

                                                  or,  x+y = 103

                                                        x-y = 23

  Doing addition and Subtraction, we get x= 63 and y = 40

So, the area of the rectangle is = xy = 63*40 = 2520 sq meter (Ans)
