Side of the square = 24/4 = 6.

Area of the square = 6² = 36

ATQ, Area of rectangle, Length x width = 36

or, Length x 4 = 36

or, Length = 9

So, the perimeter of the rectangle = 2(Length + width) = 2(9 + 4) = 26
