Let, the speed of the train during returning journey be x kmph 

Speed during onward journey=  (x+  kmph 

Distance covered in onward journey = 8002=400 km

Time taken by the train on onward journey= 4005x4 hours [As, time= Distance/Speed]

And time by the train in returning journey = 400x hours

According to the question,

4005x4+400x =164001×45x+400x=16320x+400x=16320+400x=1616x=720 x=45 kmph 

Speed of the train in the onward journey=5x4=5×454=56.25 kmph
