2. Genres

Genres বলতে সাহিত্যের ধরন বা শ্রেণি বোঝায়।

উদাহরণ:

• Poetry – কবিতা

• Drama – নাটক

• Novel – উপন্যাস

• Short Story – ছোটগল্প

• Essay – প্রবন্ধ

অর্থাৎ, সাহিত্যকে যে বিভিন্ন বিভাগ বা ধরণে ভাগ করা হয়, সেগুলোই Genres।
