Neither-এর ব্যবহারগত অর্থ হলো - দুজন ব্যাক্তি বা দুটি বস্তুর মধ্যে কেউ না।আার either -এর অর্থ হলো দুজনের মধ্যে যেকোন একজন বা দুটি বস্তুর মধ্যে যে কোন একটি ।
Neither of -এর পর noun/pronoun এর সাথে singular Verb বসলেও Informal style এ plural verb ও বসানো যায় । তাই প্রদত্ত বাক্যের context অনুযায়ী ‘Neither’ সঠিক।
Distributive Pronoun: যেসব pronoun দুই বা ততোধিক ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুর প্রত্যেককে পৃথকভাবে বুঝায়, তাদেরকে distributive pronoun বলে। এই Pronoun গুলোকে Positive pronoun বলা যেতে পারে।যেমন- each, every, either, neither প্রভৃতি distributive pronoun.
