Zainul Abedin is the pioneer of Bangladeshi modern art. He is called 'Shilpacharya' for his extraordinary talent. He was born in Kishoregonj in 1914. He completed his graduation from Government Art College with a brilliant result. He was praised for his series of heart touching sketches on Bengal Famine that captured human sufferings. This great artist founded Zainul Abedin Shangrahashala in Mymensingh.

The text is about Kazi Nazrul Islam, our national poet, who was born on May 24, 1899. He faced hardship early, as his father died when he was nine. After completing his primary education, Nazrul started teaching at a local maktab. Later he attended a High School in Bardwan, but left due to financial struggles. He worked in a bread factory in Asansole, and then continued studies ín Kazirshimla and Siarsole High Schools. In 1917, he joined the army, ending his formal education. After World War I, Nazrul returned to Kolkata and started his journey as a poet.
