'Good health' means the proper functioning of all body organs including feeling well both in body and in mind.

Healthy people are always active, cheerful and happy, and so, they can help others in society.

If one wants to be healthy, one should be careful about hygiene. One should also eat nutritions food, do physical exercise, have enough rest and sleep, maintain cleanliness etc. to be healthy.

"Health is wealth" means that a person who is healthy is capable of earning and enjoying his riches. Without being healthy, even a wealthy person cannot be happy.
