Both public library and computer-skills training centers are the knowledge learning centers in the city corporation area. Establishing one of them does not necessarily suggest abolishing another. Computer-skill training centers are very much essential for our people to be updated with changing world. This helps making one's career. A computer-skilled person has any easy access to the any profession. So we need to set up computer sills training centers. But this setting up will not affect the public library system as it plays the pivoting role to produce enlightened people. Library is known as the ocean of knowledge. It helps people gathering knowledge about religion, daily life, family life, health, country and abroad. People can also pass some quality time in the public library as it is a public gathering. By reading newspaper in the public library one can keep oneself updated about the ongoing phenomena.

So, only to fill up the national trends, the city corporation needs to analyze more whether the conversion will take place or not.
