When we share our pain or sorrow with others, our mind becomes lighter.

Farabi was upset because Harun dropped his name from the coming interclass football tournament.

Farabi did not want to talk because he was sad and shocked at his friend's behaviour.

Farabi was sitting bending his head down.

Flora suggested Farabi to share his sorrows with her or someone else as it would help him forget the bad memories. When sadness is shared, it gets reduced. So, I think Flora's suggestion to him was right.

We can make our sorrow lighter by sharing it with our parents or friends.
