What unique behaviour do the bears display during full moon?

The two Alaskan Kodiak bears were part of a nightly parade, pulling a covered wagon. They were also trained to perform various tricks, including somersaults, spinning, standing on their heads and dancing on their hind legs in unison.

The circus travelled south from Alaska along the West Coast, passing through Canada, California. Mexico and Panama. They continued into South America down the Andes, through Chile and ultimately reached the islands of Tierra del Fuego.

A jaguar attacked a juggler and fatally mauled the animal trainer. This tragedy caused shock and dismay among the circus members, leading to the disbanding of the show.

After the circus disbanded the bears wandered into wilderness and settled on uninhabited islands!

After leaving the circus, the bears settled on the densely wooded, windy islands of Tierra del Fuego.

The bears found the island's climate ideal. They mated, multiplied and over generations populated the island. Eventually, their descendants expanded to nearby island, creating a thriving population.
