I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made from your online store. On April 25, 2026, I ordered a "Panasonic 2.2L Electric Rice Cooker" (Order ID: #GH-99821) via your website, which was delivered to my residence on April 28, 2026.
Unfortunately, upon unboxing and attempting to use the appliance, I discovered that the product is defective. Although the power indicator light turns on, the heating element fails to warm up even after being plugged in for several minutes. It appears to be a manufacturing fault or internal circuit failure. As the product was delivered in this non-functional state and is still within the 7-day replacement warranty period, I request you to kindly replace this defective unit with a new, fully functional one. I have attached a copy of the digital invoice and a short video clip demonstrating the issue for your reference.
