I have the honour to state that ours is one of the reputed schools in Dhaka district named Uttara High School and College. But it is a matter of regret that we have no students' Language Club for developing communication and language skills. A Language Club plays an important role in improving students' ability to speak, read, and write in English and Bangla correctly. It will also help them gain confidence in public speaking, debating, and creative writing. Through regular meetings, discussions, and competitions, students will be able to express their ideas fluently and effectively.

Therefore, I, on behalf of the students of this institution, earnestly request you to take necessary steps to establish a Language Club in our school and to provide essential materials. We believe that such an initiative will inspire the students to learn languages more effectively and become better global citizens.
