তঞ্চঙ্গ্যা, তনচংগা, তনচংগ্যা, তংচংগ্যা অথবা তঞ্চংগ্যা পার্বত্য চট্টগ্রামে বসবাসকারী একটি উপজাতি জনগোষ্ঠী। উপজাতি জনগোষ্ঠীর জনসংখ্যার দিক থেকে এদের স্থান ৫ম। ১৯৯১ সালের আদমশুমারি অনুসারে এদের জনসংখ্যা ২১,০৫৭ জন এবং পরিবার সংখ্যা ৪,০৪৩টি।
