যখন দুটি লেন্স একসাথে আনা হয়, তখন তাদের তুল্য ফোকাস দূরত্ব এই সূত্র ব্যবহার করে গণনা করা যেতে পারে:

1/f = 1/f1 + 1/f2 - d/(f1*f2)
