With due respect, I, on behalf of the students of class ten, would like to draw your kind attention to the poor condition of the multimedia classroom facilities in our school. In this age of digital education, multimedia classrooms play a vital role in making lessons more interactive, engaging, and easier to understand. Unfortunately, the existing multimedia equipment in our school is outdated and often malfunctions during classes.

There are not enough projectors or smart boards, and the available ones do not function properly most of the time. In addition, the internet connection is weak, and the audio-visual systems need urgent upgrading. As a result, our learning process is being hampered, and we are missing out on the benefits of modern education.

We, therefore, sincerely request you to take the necessary steps to enhance the multimedia classroom facilities with modern equipment such as updated projectors, smart boards, sound systems, and a stable internet connection. This initiative will greatly improve our learning experience and help us keep pace with modern educational methods.
