প্রক্রিয়া:
মিথেন প্রথমে সিন্থেসিস গ্যাস তৈরি করতে জারিত হয়। সিন্থেসিস গ্যাস হলো কার্বন মনোক্সাইড (CO) এবং হাইড্রোজেন (H2) এর মিশ্রণ।
সিন্থেসিস গ্যাস এরপর অ্যামোনিয়া (NH3) তৈরি করতে উচ্চ চাপ এবং তাপমাত্রায় বিক্রিয়া করা হয়।
অ্যামোনিয়া এরপর কার্বন ডাই অক্সাইড (CO2) এর সাথে বিক্রিয়া করে ইউরিয়া তৈরি করে।
