<p style="margin-left:0px;">The full form of HPLC is <strong>High Performance Liquid Chromatography</strong>.</p><p style="margin-left:0px;">HPLC এর পূর্ণরূপ হলো <strong>উচ্চ দক্ষতা সম্পন্ন তরল ক্রোমাটোগ্রাফি</strong>।</p><p style="margin-left:0px;">HPLC হলো একটি বিশ্লেষণী পদ্ধতি যা কোনো মিশ্রণের উপাদানগুলিকে আলাদা করতে, শনাক্ত করতে এবং পরিমাণ নির্ণয় করতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। এই পদ্ধতিতে একটি তরল সলভেন্টের মধ্যে নমুনার মিশ্রণটি দ্রবীভূত করে একটি কলামের মধ্যে প্রবেশ করানো হয়। কলামটি একটি শক্ত শোষক পদার্থ দিয়ে ভরা থাকে। নমুনার প্রতিটি উপাদান শোষক পদার্থের সাথে কিছুটা আলাদাভাবে বিক্রিয়া করে, ফলে বিভিন্ন উপাদানের জন্য বিভিন্ন প্রবাহের হার তৈরি করে এবং কলাম থেকে বের হওয়ার সময় উপাদানগুলির পৃথককরণ ঘটে।</p>
