Question
Suppose the value of cell E5 in MS-Excel sheetis 3500. If we apply the formula = IF ( E5 < 20000,E5 * 10%, E5 * 20%) , what will be the result ?
700
350
3500
500
ANSWER : 2
Descrption
We put a value 3500 in E5 cell. Then we apply a formula = IF ( E5 < 20000, E5* 10%, E20%). This formula calculate if value in E5 is less then 20000 is true then multiply the value in E5 i.e, 3500 with 10%. But if the condition is false the multiply the value in E5 with 20%. Thus 3000 is less then 20000 so we multiply ( 3500*10%) = 350.
