Descrption
কোনো Computer System - এ কোনো তথ্যে access করতে চাইলেই বা কোনো তথ্য read করতে চাইলে তা ঐ system - এর rotational delay অর্থাৎ HDD তার নির্দিষ্ট sector – এ যেতে কত সময় নিবে তার উপর নির্ভর করে। এ মান HDD – এর rpm এর উপর নির্ভরশীল। আবার accessing এর সময় operating freequncy তথা processor clock speed – এর উপরও নির্ভর করে। এছাড়াও seek time হলো Hdd controler কত সময়ের মধ্যে নির্দেশিত dat এর stored location - এ পৌঁছাতে পারে। অর্থাৎ data access - এর সময় নির্ধারণের ক্ষেত্রে এ তিনটি factor - ই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। সুতরাং সঠিক উত্তর (d) ।
