a = 205/4 which is not integer
accordingly if k = 42, 43
a is not integer
but if k = 44
a = (44*5)/4
= 55
so minimum value of k is 44 for which minimum value of a is integer
r = 4a or r = 5k
r = 4*55 or r = 5*44
r = 220
