A tap in 1 hours can fill 1/6 portion

By 1st 1/2 portion is filled by 3 hours

The left 1/2 portion is filled by 3 same tap

Now, By 1 tap 1/6 portion is filled in 1 hours

By. 3 tap 3/6 portion is filled in 1 hours

or 1/2 portion is filled in 1 hours

So, total required time is = (3 + 1) hours = 4 hours
