Let the total amount be T.
Nyla gets = T/2
Sharmin gets = 3/4 of T/2 = 3T/8
Rakib gets = T - (T/2 + 3T/8) = T - 7T/8 = T/8
Now, T/8 = 40
So, T = 40×8 = 320 TK
