দ্বাদশ জাতীয় সংসদ নির্বাচনে ৪১ দশমিক ৮ শতাংশ ভোট পড়েছে বলে জানিয়েছেন প্রধান নির্বাচন কমিশনার (সিইসি) কাজী হাবিবুল আউয়াল। সংসদ নির্বাচনে ২৯৮টি আসনের বেসরকারি ফলাফল অনুযায়ী ২২৩টি আসনে আওয়ামী লীগ প্রার্থীরা বিজয়ী হয়েছে। জাতীয় পার্টি জিতেছে ১১টি আসনে।'
