4 men + 6 women in 1 day = 1/8 of the work
So to finish the work in 1 day require = 32 men + 48 women
3 men + 7 women = 10 days
3 men + 7 women in 1 day do 1/10 of the work
So to finish the work in 1 day require 30 men + 70 women
32 men + 48 women = 30 men + 70 women
2 men = 22 women
or, 1 man = 11 women
so, 4 men + 6 women = 50 women = 8 days
10 women = 50/10 x 8 = 40 days
