Let's there are 27 small cubes consist a big cube. Each side of big cube shows 9 cubes which are connected to each other. Put the big cube at a stable position. Now it shows

●upper side 9 cubes,

● lower side 9 cube

●middle part 8 cube

Total no. of visible cube 9 + 9 + 8 = 26

So, invisible cube is 27 - 26 = 1

Here Invisible cube means that all side of which cube are closed to another cube.
