সাধারণত Preposition এর পরে Pronoun এর Objective case বসে। কিন্তু Pronoun এর পর যদি  Verb + ing থাকে, তবে Verb + ing এর পূর্বে অবশ্যই Possessive  pronoun ব্যবহৃত হবে। স্পষ্টত Verb + ing এর পূর্বে Possessive Pronoun বসে।

 যেমন: Just between you and  me, this isn’t very good price.
এখানে  দেখুন between- Preposition এর প্রভাবে pronoun- me ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে।

The doctor insisted on her taking a leave of absence.
এখানে দেখুন Preposition এরপর Possessive Pronoun-her ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে। কেননা Pronoun এরপর Verb + ing রয়েছে। Verb + ing এর পূর্বে Possessive Pronoun বসেই।
We don’t understand why you object to his coming with us.
I would appreciate your letting me know as soon as possible.
