Mainul Islam came back to his village primarily due to his profound sense of obligation and attachment to his ancestral land, considering himself a "son of this soil." He firmly believed that education should not solely lead to urban job opportunities but should also be used to serve one's roots and community. As an agriculture graduate, he was eager to apply his specialized knowledge to advanced farming in his own village. Furthermore, the allure of city life and government positions did not attract him, as he found immense satisfaction and peace in his village life, working on his farm, and staying with his family and old friends.

Yes, I strongly agree with the statement that every educated individual should not be a job seeker. The provided passage beautifully illustrates this philosophy through the inspiring lives of Mainul Islam and his brothers.

The passage highlights how Mainul Islam, an agricultural university graduate, chose to return to his village and pursue advanced farming. Similarly, his brothers, also graduates, are contributing to their community as a teacher and an aspiring NGO worker. Their choices demonstrate that education's purpose extends beyond merely securing a salaried position. It should empower individuals to innovate, create opportunities, and contribute to society in diverse ways, often by utilizing their knowledge to uplift their own communities and roots.

Mr. Islam's rhetorical question, "does education prepare a person only to be an officer? Don't we have an obligation to the soil that has made us what we are?" perfectly encapsulates the core idea. Education should foster a sense of responsibility and equip individuals with the skills to be self-reliant and productive, whether through entrepreneurship, social work, or improving traditional occupations with modern knowledge. By choosing to be job creators or innovators rather than just job seekers, educated individuals can drive local development, reduce unemployment, and build stronger communities, as exemplified by the Islam family.

The speciality of the Islam family lies in their commitment to their village and roots, despite being highly educated. All the brothers, including Mainul Islam who is a qualified farmer, have chosen to live and work in their village rather than moving to cities for traditional jobs.

Each brother has gained fame and contributed to their respective fields within the local community. Mainul is an advanced farmer, one brother is a science teacher, and the youngest plans to start an NGO. Their unique characteristic is their belief in serving their soil and finding contentment in village life, challenging the common perception that education solely leads to urban, bureaucratic careers.

উত্তরঃ

The three brothers are considered great because, despite being highly educated and having opportunities for successful city lives, they consciously chose to remain in their village and contribute to their local community and roots.

Mainul Islam, an agricultural university graduate, returned home to become an advanced farmer. His younger brother, a Rajshahi University graduate, serves as a science teacher in a local school, and the youngest brother, a social science graduate, plans to establish an NGO to work for the area. Their decision challenges the common trend of educated individuals migrating to cities for employment, embodying a strong sense of responsibility towards their origins.

They are great because they believe that education should not only prepare a person to be a job-seeker or an officer but also instill an obligation to the soil that has nurtured them. By staying and working in their village, they are not only satisfied with their lives but also serve as "torch bearers for others to be respectful of their own roots," inspiring others to value and contribute to their native places.
