We, the students of your renowned school, would like to state that ours is a big school in this area. We have a big playground and some fallow land in our school compound. But it is a matter of great regret that there are a few trees here. Trees have a great impact on climate and nature. The govt. has taken tree plantation programme to ensure a cool and healthy climate in our country. We can co-operate with the govt. by planting trees in the fallow lands in our school compound especially in our locality. So we want to arrange a three-day tree plantation programme.

Therefore, we hope and expect that you would be kind enough to give us permission to arrange a tree plantation programme and oblige thereby.
