I hope you're doing well! I'm excited to tell you about the anti-discrimination student movement in Bangladesh, which has made a huge impact on our society.

As this student-led protest grew, people from all walks of life began to join, seeing it as a stand against systemic discrimination and inequality.

Over time, the movement evolved from focusing solely on quota reforms to challenging the government's authoritarian actions. The protests became a call for a more democratic and fair system, with the movement finally demanding that the fascist government step down. In the end, it wasn't just about students' rights but about justice and equality for all. The unity between students and the general public showed the strength of a united front against discrimination.

I received your letter yesterday. You wanted to know how did I celebrate the 21st February this year. Now I am describing about it,

The function was started at 12.01 a.m. We decorated our school's Shaheed Minar beautifully with flowers. The day's programme started with national anthem and the patriotic songs were also sung by our teacher and students. We were bare-footed and went to the Shaheed Minar. We put on a black-batch. The national flag was kept half-mast. We offered the flower wreaths on the Shahis Minar in honor of Language Martyrs. We also kept ourselves one minute silent to respect them. A seminar was held in the afternoon.

Thank you very much for your letter. In your letter you have wanted to know what I like to do after the SSC examination. Here I am writing a few lines about it.

I shall not have to attend school during the next two or three months. I will be absolutely free. But that does not mean that I want to sit sluggishly during this period. I will go to my village: The purpose is to make the villagers aware of environmental problems.

The village where I want to go is in the middle of a forestland, but the saddest thing is that because of increasing population, the villagers are cutting down the trees. They are making more space for houses and farming. You will be surprised to hear that in this way they have already destroyed half of the forest.

Going there I will try to organize the villagers in order to take some necessary steps against cutting down the forestland. How do you think about my ideas?

How do you do, my dear? Ok? I hope so. A few days ago you wrote a letter to me which is yet unanswered for my some technical problems. In your letter you expressed a heart felt and exalted devotion to know about my darling motherland and her people. Now be mindful and pay heed to the following fact.

Bangladesh is a South Asian country with a tiny area and a big population. The people here are of various creeds, castes, customs. The riverine country, Bangladesh, is a natural fair of natural goods such as forest land, running rivers, sea beach, hilly areas, stagnant beel, jheel etc. The natural sequences surrounding and embracing our land are a panorama of vision. The Sunderbans and Kuakata sea beach of South Bangla, Cox's Bazar sea beach of south eastern most zone of Bangladesh, the river basin of the Padma, the Meghna and the Jamuna-all these are the hoarders of pictorial quality of a poet's brush. You can see here acres of meadow or grass land, innumerable fields across the meadow, countless gleaners gleaning in the fields during the harvesting season, juice oozing from the date top during the winter, minstrels or bards wandering about in villages and hamlets in our agro and village, based country. Six seasons, prevalent in Bangladesh, are a newer experience for you respectively.

Flood often visits my Bangladesh mine due to her geographical position or stand and climatic condition. In fact, natural disasters perform here like a brutal step mother.

Despite manifold natural adversities we are heading as a independent nation towards world standard respecting education, culture, solidarity, state policy and parity between men and communities. Oh yes, the people of our country are extraordinarily amiable. We have laid down our lives for language and liberty of state and idea.

You, therefore, cannot blow away our sense of fraternity, solidarity and unity. We are not as white as you in complexion but trying with our level best to be as civilised as you. I am putting an ending mark now and you are arderitly expected to be our tropical land during the next dry season.
