Our School Magazine

A school magazine is generally a literary journal of the school. It is generally published annually or bi-annually. It is considered a training medium of literary writings by the young writers. We have a school magazine of our own. The name of our school magazine is 'Dishari'. It usually contains stories, poems, jokes, essays etc. To publish the magazine, a magazine committee is formed by the Principal. A senior teacher is selected as the editor and a student of the top class is selected as assistant editor. The topics for the magazine are selected by the editor who gives direction (wbG Ækbv) to the students to write properly. Among the writings, the authorities in charge select the writings to publish. They give priority for the creative writings.The school authority bears the expenditure (LiP/eAq) of the magazine. The school magazine plays an important role in helping the students to express their feelings and thoughts. It is also helpful for the teachers to know the inner strength of their students. In fact, the school magazine is the perfect platform for the future writers. This literary magazine acts as a link between the ex-students and the present students of a school.
