Increased numbers of women in science can only be a good thing. Not simply because it is grossly unjust for women to be unable to experience the challenging but also hugely intellectually rewarding experience of participating in scientific resource in half.  sWhat's more, women bring new ways of thinking and a broader range of ideas to the table, which is crucial for science to flourish. All scientists have a responsibility to be feminists and encourage women to participate in science and fight the barriers that exist. However, this is often more easily said than done. There are several proposed reasons for why women are discouraged from participating in science at a ranger of levels -form primary school children to professors. Among other things, these include a lack of role models and support network  -as well as harassment and bullying but also less obvious barriers, for example, unconscious biases in job interviews and letters of reference.  In the end, the way to tackle prejudice against women is to increase awareness of the particular challenges faced by female scientists and to put systems in place that promote equal opportunities. Meanwhile, we need outstanding female role models to show unequivocally that women can compete on the same intellectual level as men and encourage other women to follow their lead  Together we can create the level playing field which is so desperately required.

Vulture are not careful about what they eat. This makes them vulnerable to eating meat that could be toxic. The consequence often is the death of these birds. That is one reason why these birds are not widely seen in Bangladesh anymore. The other is that the. trees which vultures perch on have also been.
disappearing from the land. The net result is the birds are not present throughout the country in the numbers in which they were viewed a generation, or even a decade, ago.

Let us define a plot. We have defined a story as a narrative of events arranged in their time sequence. A plot is also a narrative of events, the emphasis falling on causality. “The kind died and the queen died” is a story.” “The king. died and the queen died of grief,” is a plot. The time-sequence Is preserved, but the sense of causality overshadows it. Or again: “The queen died, no one knew why, until it was discovered that it was through grief at the death of the king.” This is a plot with a mystery in it, a form capable of high development. It suspends the time-sequence, it moves as far away & from the story as its limitations will allow. Consider the death of: the queen. If it is a story we say, “and then?” If it is a plot we ask’ why?” That is a fundamental difference between these two, aspects of the novel.
