Past Continuous Tense

তেমনিভাবে অতীতের দুটি সমসাময়িক কাজ when / while দ্বারা যুক্ত হলে when/while যুক্ত অংশটি Past Continuous হয়, অপরটি হয় Past Indefinite, উল্লেখ্য, while-এর পর subject থাকলে এ নিয়ম প্রযোজ্য।

Structure: S + was/were + V1 + ing + ext.

While walking in the garden, he broke his leg.

My uncle arrived while I was watching TV.
