The passage is about Mother Teresa who sacrificed her whole life for the poor and the downtrodden. She was born in 1910 in Skopje, Macedonia (then Yogoslavia). She came to India as a nun and settled there. Though she was an Albanian, she became an Indian by choice. She established Nirmal Hridoy', a shelter for the helpless. Because of her selfless service for mankind, she was awarded with the Nobel Peace Prize and Bharat Ratna Award. The mother of humanity died in 1997.
