Quasi-passive verb:
"Quasi" অর্থ "প্রায়/কিছুটা" সুতরাং Quasi passive বলতে বোঝায় "প্রায় passive"
-যে sentence গঠনগত দিক থেকে active voice, কিন্তু বাংলা অর্থ করলে passive বা "আন্যের দ্বারা/অন্যকিছুর মাধ্যমে" ঘটে, এমন বাক্যে ব্যবহৃত verb কে quasi-passive verb বলে।
For example:
a. Honey tastes sweet. (মধু খেতে মিষ্টি)
b. The book reads well. (বইটি পড়তে ভাল)
c. Rice sells cheap. (চাল সপ্তায় বিক্রি হয়)
